Write from your own experience

Only review ChampFunded if you used, or genuinely attempted to use, the platform. Reviews written on behalf of someone else, or in exchange for payment, are not allowed.

What we remove

• Spam, advertising or affiliate promotion.
• Fabricated experiences or reviews from people with no relationship to the company.
• Harassment, hate speech or threats toward staff or other reviewers.
• Personal information such as account numbers, addresses or private correspondence.
• Undisclosed conflicts of interest, including reviews by competitors or employees.

What we never do

• Edit the wording of a review to change its meaning.
• Change a customer's star rating.
• Remove a review simply because it is critical.

Verification

A Verified Customer badge is shown only when ChampFunded can confirm a customer relationship with the reviewer. Unverified reviews remain published and are clearly unlabelled.

Company responses

ChampFunded may reply publicly to any review. Responses are shown in a distinct box below the review and are attributed to ChampFunded.

Reporting

Signed-in users can report a review they believe breaches these guidelines. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and every action is recorded in an internal moderation history.
