Question 1

Is ChampFunded Reviews an independent review site?

Accepted Answer

No. ChampFunded Reviews is operated by ChampFunded. We publish both positive and negative customer reviews, but this is not an independent third-party review service.

Question 2

Who can write a review?

Accepted Answer

Anyone with a ChampFunded Reviews account who has had a genuine experience with ChampFunded, including people whose evaluation did not pass.

Question 3

How does the Verified Customer badge work?

Accepted Answer

The badge is applied only when we can confirm a customer relationship between the reviewer and ChampFunded. Reviews without a confirmed relationship stay visible but unverified.

Question 4

Can a review be removed?

Accepted Answer

Only if it breaches our published review guidelines, for example spam, harassment, personal data or a fabricated experience. A low rating is never a reason for removal.

Question 5

Do you edit reviews?

Accepted Answer

No. We never rewrite review text or change a customer's rating.

Question 6

How long does moderation take?

Accepted Answer

Submitted reviews may be checked for authenticity before publication. Most checks complete within a couple of business days.

Question 7

What happens if I breach a rule during an evaluation?

Accepted Answer

The account is closed against the published rule set. You can start a new evaluation at any time.
